Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Excellerate Superintendent I to lead electrical teams with a strong NEC background and safety focus. You will drive projects on time and within budget, coaching teams and coordinating across Precon, Estimating, Engineering, and field operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, partnership with project managers, and adherence to FTI's safety initiatives and culture of care. Indiana-based, on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Travel: 10 to 25%
• Work Schedule: 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime and flexible timing may occur.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects with 0–15+ direct reports or multiple small–medium projects.
• Meet or beat estimated job costs consistently.
• Maintain productivity targets and safety focus.
• Familiar with FTI estimating software.
• Coordinate with field, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating teams.
• Conduct safety audits and promote safe practices.
• Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
• Communicate concerns to PM/Account Manager/Leadership to protect margin.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and foster growth.
• Support Talent in recruiting, mentoring and employee relations for direct reports.
• Participate in hiring referrals and mentoring programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
