Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Superintendent I to lead our electrical teams, uphold NEC standards, and drive safety, training, and leadership development.

This role emphasizes self-directed management to deliver projects on time, safely, and within budget, with strong teamwork and partnerships to optimize planning and results. The position requires an High School Diploma or GED, plus an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours), travel 10–25%, and a 6 AM–6 PM work window

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Travel required: 10–25%.
• Work Schedule: 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical teams to complete projects on time, safely, and within budget.
• Manage large projects with direct reports or multiple small to mid-size projects.
• Conduct safety audits and integrate project schedules with other trades.
• Communicate concerns or opportunities to PM/Account Manager/Leadership to protect margins.
• Coach and develop direct reports; participate in performance reviews and merit salary discussions.
