Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Excellerate Foreman I to supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot, and maintain systems in commercial and industrial settings at the Excellerate facility in Pittsboro, IN.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with an apprenticeship (8,000 hours) and travel of 10–25%. Schedule is 6 AM–6 PM, Mon–Fri, with possible overtime. Mentoring and strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Travel required: 10% to 25%.
• Work schedule: 6 AM–6 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Run a scope of work with a crew of 1–10+ effectively.
• Set expectations and motivate crews to meet project goals.
• Complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.
• Manage paperwork (foreman logs, performance evaluations, PO logs, time cards).
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing).
• Read and understand estimates with PM or superintendent involvement.
• Mentor and develop others within projects and crews.
• Promote safety procedures and address hazards on site.
