Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Masters Electricians License required.
• Experience mentoring foremen and developing leaders in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-product electrical installations across chiller systems and designs.
• Plan master schedules, allocate electrical resources, and meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with procurement, field techs, and manufacturing to align output.
• Coach foremen and junior team members to build leadership depth.
• Drive improvements to increase throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and rigorous safety practices on site.
• Oversee schedules for project and subcontractors and ensure equipment readiness.
