Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead a team of electricians in installing, wiring and testing electrical components for chilled water systems from our Jacksonville, FL facilities.

You will drive production planning, coordinate with procurement and field technicians, and mentor foremen to build the next generation of electrical leaders while ensuring ISO 9001 quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Journeyman or Masters Electricians License required.
• 5+ years mentoring foremen and developing leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-product line operations across diverse chiller system configurations and designs.
• Drive strategic production planning with master schedules and resource allocation.
• Partner cross-functionally with procurement and field technicians to align production.
• Mentor and develop leadership among foremen and junior staff.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and implement quality inspections.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance across manufacturing floor.
