Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Electrical Superintendent to coordinate and manage a team of electricians responsible for installation, wiring and testing of electrical components of chilled water systems.

You will lead staff, collaborate on production planning, and ensure safety standards and quality across projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 10+ years of experience managing electrical personnel in industrial environments.
• 5+ years mentoring foremen and developing leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-product line operations across diverse chiller system configurations and product designs.
• Drive strategic production planning with master schedules and resource allocation.
• Partner with procurement and field technicians to align supply and deployment needs.
• Mentor and develop electrical foremen and junior team members.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and coordinate comprehensive quality inspections across product lines.
• Champion safety procedures and maintain training programs across the team.
