Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for 2nd shift in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead electricians, manage installation, wiring and testing of electrical components in chilled water systems, and mentor foremen to sustain quality and safety standards.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, safety protocols, and ISO 9001 compliance. Second shift hours are 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required/licensing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electricians across multiple chiller configurations and product designs.
• Develop master production schedules and allocate electrical resources.
• Ensure safety, quality and ISO 9001 compliance on all installations.
