Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas seeks an Electrical Superintendent for the 2nd shift in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead the electrical team responsible for installation, wiring and testing of electrical components of chilled water systems, coordinating task assignments and ensuring safety and quality.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires 10+ years in electrical leadership, a Journeyman/Masters license, and strong project coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years managing electrical personnel in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Journeyman or Masters Electricians License required.
• 5+ years mentoring foremen and developing leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-product line operations across chiller system configurations.
• Develop master schedules and allocate electrical resources.
• Mentor electrical foremen and junior staff.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and safety procedures.
