Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Lead Service Sales Engineer to sell electrical services to industrial, utility, commercial, data center, and institutional customers within 50 miles of Pleasanton or Roseville, CA. The role combines sales leadership with technical expertise to support distributors, end users, and contractors, driving regional growth and customer satisfaction.

You will train partners, present quotations with our technical support team, and implement market-based growth strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five (5) years of electrical sales or field service experience.
Valid & unrestricted driver's license.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Sell Eaton's electrical services offerings to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers.
Manage customer relationships and provide sales support and technical expertise to distributors and end users.
Train and empower channel partners to sell services to end customers and contractors.
Be the subject matter expert on the services offerings and coach the organization in your region.
Act as the voice of the customer to services operations and marketing for high customer satisfaction.
