Job summary

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 7 years of skilled electrical experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proven leadership abilities to mentor foremen and ensure quality and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7 years of skilled electrical work.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and perform basic math.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required licenses and driving record.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety meetings and ensure job safety requirements are understood.
• Monitor and correct safety hazards at the jobsite and report incidents.
• Coordinate inspections with local and national jurisdictions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain daily logs and manage subcontractor coordination to meet schedule.
• Assist with budgeting, bidding, and subcontracts; ensure project scope compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and may work multiple sites.
