Lexicon, known for construction management, fabrication, erection, and plant maintenance, seeks an Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead electrical activities and coordinate subcontractors on heavy industrial and roadway projects. The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, and on-site supervision with collaboration across owners, contractors, and design teams.

The position requires strong communication skills, extensive experience in electrical projects, and proficiency in Word/Excel;

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing electrical projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of company safety policy and Quality Control program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Primavera scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all electrical activities and electrical subcontractor work.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Promote safety as a priority and maintain productive relationships with owners, contractors, and design professionals.
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking; monitor compliance with codes and regulations.
• Manage client communications, change orders, and subcontractor billings; support project closeout.
