Job summary

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage proposals and contracts, and drive project kickoff, coordination, and close‑out while ensuring performance and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes ESOP culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in a major technical discipline with related project experience.
• Twelve years of practical experience on similar projects OR eight years with a technical degree.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to high complexity projects or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate multi‑discipline resources and subconsultants.
• Develop proposals and financial plans; prepare preliminary man‑hour budgets.
• Ensure contracts are executed and aligned with contractual obligations.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, monitor progress, and manage risk and changes.
