Job summary

BEI Enterprises seeks an Electrical Project Foreman to supervise field crews and coordinate electrical installations across commercial, industrial, and medical projects. You will lead crews, plan work areas, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep electrical knowledge, and clear communication with PMs, inspectors, and subcontractors. You will represent BEI Enterprises with professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills on electrical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial, industrial, and medical electrical systems.
• Clear and effective communication with project teams and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Commitment to safety and enforcing OSHA/NFPA 70E requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and coordinate electricians and apprentices.
• Plan and execute project activities ensuring schedule adherence.
• Ensure quality and technical accuracy of installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align with project goals.
• Lead safety practices and enforce company protocols on site.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for project records.
