Job summary

Beitzel Corporation is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead our Electrical team across diverse industrial projects. This hands-on role includes field supervision, troubleshooting, and coordinating labor for construction and industrial work.

You’ll read blueprints, supervise crews, and ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks with strong communication to management. Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrical License from at least one state (MD preferred).
• MSHA-WV Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform electrical installations and troubleshooting.
• Provide labor to industrial trades and to various construction projects.
• Communicate equipment and supply needs to field personnel and management.
• Prepare time and material (T&M) tickets, receipts, and paperwork.
• Demonstrate knowledge of installation of concrete pours, forms, rebar and associated trades.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation for accurate record keeping, billing and inventory.
• Lead, train, and mentor Field Services employees.
