Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer for Dallas, Texas. You will lead electrical building systems design from initial design through construction documents and own budgets, scope, and delivery on HVAC projects.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and a Texas PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days; strong Revit coordination, client liaison, and a track record in building services are essential.

Qualifications

Senior-level electrical engineering with building/HVAC project design experience.
ABET-accredited BS in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical building systems design from initial design through construction documents.
Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and emergency power systems.
Revit coordination and clash resolution with multi-discipline design teams.
Own the electrical portion of projects, including hours, budgets, scope, and delivery.
Client/architect/utility liaison, submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits and field reports.
