Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Inc is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer with HVAC experience to lead building systems design from design through construction documents. You will own electrical scope, manage budgets, and coordinate with architects, clients, and utilities.

Qualifications
- Senior-level electrical engineering experience with building/HVAC project design and construction
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Texas PE license or ability to obtain Texas licensure within 90 days
- Self-motivated, independent, and interested in long-term progression and continued learning
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical building systems design from initial design through construction documents
- Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and emergency power systems
- Revit coordination and clash resolution with multi-discipline design teams
- Own the electrical portion of projects, including hours, budgets, scope, and delivery
- Client/architect/utility liaison, submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits and field reports
