Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) in Dallas, TX, to join a specialist building services consultancy. You will design HVAC systems, produce construction documents in Revit, perform load calculations and equipment selection, and coordinate models to ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/HVAC engineering experience with design and construction on similar project types.
• FE or EIT certification (or on the path to PE).
• Self-motivated, independent, and interested in continued learning and long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical construction documents in Revit from schematic design through construction documents.
• Design HVAC systems including air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, specialty ventilation, and controls.
• Perform heating/cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, and pressure-loss calculations.
• Coordinate mechanical systems across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Ensure compliance with IMC, IECC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable Texas/local codes.
