Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer in Dallas, TX, offering a salary of USD145,000–USD165,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will lead HVAC projects from concept through construction, coordinate with clients and architects, and mentor junior engineers.
The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited) and a Texas PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days, along with strong leadership and client-facing
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- Texas PE license, or able to obtain Texas licensure by comity within 90 days.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and interested in long-term progression into senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC projects from concept through construction.
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, specifications, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
- Manage scope, budgets, and schedules; resolve construction-stage issues.
