Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive industrial power system design, field data collection, and project leadership. Join a collaborative team delivering robust electrical solutions across multiple locations with client focus and professional growth opportunities.

You will design 15 kV/600 V distribution, perform short circuit and arc flash analyses, and develop comprehensive project documentation while coordinating with contractors. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent.
• 10+ years in industrial electrical systems design & analysis.
• 5+ years in medium/low voltage distribution systems including substations and panels.
• Professional Engineer license required.

Responsibilities

• Gather field data and perform site investigations as needed.
• Provide electrical power distribution design for industrial projects (15 kV, 600 V).
• Perform power systems analysis (short circuit, load flow, arc flash).
• Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Review and stamp design packages; QA/QC.
