Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a Lead Electrical and Controls Engineer to drive hardware/software design for industrial projects. You will coordinate PLC/ DCS, HMI, servo drives and motion projects, leading CAD resources and design packages through bid, construction and startup.

Eligible candidates will have 10+ years in engineering for manufacturing, extensive Rockwell experience, and AB/Siemens compatibility. Remote/hybrid flexibility available in a US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with extensive design experience.
• 10+ years of engineering/design experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Rockwell Control Logix PLCs, FTView HMI, and PowerFlex VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software design leadership for industrial projects.
• Coordinate and execute PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD and Servo projects from design through startup.
• Develop design packages for bid/construction and manage CAD resources.
• Interface with clients to assess needs and deliver solutions.
• Produce high quality deliverables and provide field startup support.
