Job summary

Interstates in Omaha, NE is seeking a Production Lead to oversee a team of Electrical Assemblers in the Panel Shop. You will provide direction, coaching, and hands-on technical support to ensure safe, efficient production and on-time completion of industrial control panels.

You will read electrical schematics, coordinate daily work, review quality, mentor new hires, and uphold Interstates' safety standards and core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical assembly, panel building, or related field.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work of Electrical Assemblers in the Panel Shop.
• Provide direction and hands-on technical support to team members.
• Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels from layout through completion.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule with quality standards.
• Mentor new team members and support ongoing skill development.
