Job summary

Beckwood Press Company, headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, seeks a Lead Electrical Technician to guide our electrical production team and support complex machinery builds. This role blends hands-on panel work with day-to-day leadership, mentoring staff, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of electrical/wiring control panel experience, ability to read schematics, and a proven track record in industrial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience building control panels to UL specifications.
• Ability to read schematics and wire panels from prints.
• Industrial manufacturing background with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish an environment of teamwork, involvement and fairness on the floor.
• Train and coach electrical team; coordinate with supervisor and production manager.
• Uphold safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Partner with leadership to complete electrical assembly responsibilities.
• Layout and wire industrial electrical control panels.
• Read electrical schematics and wire panels from prints.
• Interface machines on the shop floor from boxes to connection points.
• Provide timelines for scheduling and monitor communications.
• Lead with daily guidance and support other leads on workflows.
