Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Electrician to maintain, install, and service electrical components of industrial machinery and facilities on a 500+ acre campus. The role involves wiring, transformers, motor controls, and collaboration with other trades in a defense-industry environment.

Responsibilities include documenting work in CMMS, overseeing contractors, and complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in electrical maintenance.
• Ability to obtain BATF approval for access to plant locations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good judgment and prioritization aligned with business needs.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and related regulations.
• Ability to read facility/building blueprints.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain wiring, conduit, panels, transformers, motors, and controls.
• Repair electrical equipment including breaker panels and lighting fixtures.
• Coordinate with other trades to power production equipment and controls.
• Test and repair grounding and lightning protection for equipment/buildings.
• Document work orders and maintain CMMS records.
• Oversee contractors and evaluate facility/equipment proposals.
