Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair low and high voltage electrical systems in support of DoD contingencies. The role requires interpreting technical drawings and schematics, working with test equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified electrical maintenance technician.
• Reads and interprets technical data, plans and publications for USAF electrical systems.
• Experience with DoD contingency systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains electrical distribution, fixtures, meters, circuits, and control systems.
• Inspects and troubleshoots low voltage interior systems and high voltage power distribution equipment.
• Reads electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to prevent failures.
• Operates test equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Ensures safety and quality standards per USAF and company policy.
