Job summary

Amentum is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, repair, and maintain a range of electrical systems supporting DoD assets. The role requires reading technical data, troubleshooting complex equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include servicing power distribution systems, testing with meters and scopes, and maintaining BEAR assets in a dynamic operations environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified electrical maintenance technician.
• 5 years' journey man electrician or related environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical data, plans/blueprints and publications for USAF electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains electrical systems across BOB structures and support equipment.
• Inspects, troubleshoots, services, and tests low voltage interior electrical distribution equipment.
• Interprets electrical drawings, schematics, and maintenance data to prevent failures.
• Connects and uses test equipment such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
• Performs maintenance on power distribution and generation equipment.
