Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Electrician to join itsFacilities and General Maintenance team on a full-time, on-site role in Mesa, AZ. You will maintain, install and service electrical components across multiple manufacturing facilities on a 500+ acre campus.

The role emphasizes safety, coordination with other trades, and adherence to NFPA 70E and related regulations. BATF access may be required. Travel and occasional off-hours work are possible.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain BATF approval for access to all plant locations.
• Ability to read and interpret facility/building blueprints.
• Professional level communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains wiring, conduit, power panels, transformers, motors and motor controls.
• Repairs and services electrical equipment including breaker panels, motor controls, lights and devices.
• Coordinates with other trades to provide power and controls for production equipment.
• Performs testing and repair of grounding and lightning protection for equipment/buildings.
• Ensures work orders are completed and documented in the CMMS.
• Provides oversight of contractors and ensures compliance with safety policies.
