Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to troubleshoot, analyze, and correct operational equipment including PLCs and motor drives with the aid of laptops, engineering and wiring diagrams.

The role covers routine, emergency and preventative maintenance on automated high-speed ammunition manufacturing equipment, plus preventative and emergency electrical repairs on lighting and other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs and motor drives.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in NEC electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair operational equipment including PLCs and motor drives.
• Perform routine, emergency and preventative maintenance on automated ammunition manufacturing equipment.
• Run conduit and install wiring to NEC standards.
• Perform electrical repairs on switchgear and building power distribution systems.
• Maintain lighting systems and perform related electrical tasks.
