Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and supervise contractors, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with SAP PM and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining maintenance records.
• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.
• Plan, identify and order parts, create scope of work to quote with contractors, coordinate and supervise contractors.
• Prioritize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coach, support, and develop maintenance team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and improve plant efficiency.
