Pratt Industries is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Lead Technician at a Georgia plant. You will lead maintenance on electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, drives, and control equipment, guiding a team to maximize uptime and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance within heavy industry, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement. On-call responsibilities and shift-based work are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably paper, pulp, converting, or other heavy industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, drives, instrumentation, and process control equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Support paper machine, converting equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
