Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in electrical systems and building management installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations of building management systems according to project specs.
• Install electrical conduit and cables with precision per specs and safety standards.
• Assist in electrical terminations and verify wiring connectivity.
• Diagnose complex system issues and implement effective fixes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
• Provide training to Level I and II apprentices.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs, service and safety activities.
• Assess daily material levels to support project progress.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines.
