Responsibilities

• Lead installations of building management systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and perform high-level installations of electrical conduit and cables, ensuring exceptional precision and safety compliance.
• Assist in performing electrical terminations, ensuring proper connection and functionality of wiring systems.
• Diagnose complex system issues and implement effective solutions to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide training and mentorship to Level I and Level II apprentices, fostering their growth.
• Maintain comprehensive records of installations, repairs, service and safety activities.
• Assess daily material levels for project advancement.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project goals and deadlines.
