Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer who is enthusiastic, results-driven, and ready to grow with us. You will join a dynamic team delivering fire, security, and building automation projects.

Key duties include leading installation, wiring, start-up, certification, and customer training, with supervision of other Installers, within schedule and budget. A 5–7 year construction/electrical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience including electrical or low-voltage work.
• Experience in fire alarm, life safety, data-cable, or building automation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use common hand/power tools.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, programming, start-up, certification, and training on projects.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal guidance.
• Supervise other Installers.
• Perform other duties as required.
