Job summary

Convergint is seeking an Electrical Installer to join our team in a full-time role. You will lead installation, programming, system start-up, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, including large, complex deployments.

You will deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal guidance, supervise other Installers, and apply strong construction and electrical skills to blueprints and designs.

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Excellent understanding of blueprints, design drawings and wiring methods.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with basic tool use.

Responsibilities

• Lead installing, programming, system start-up/check-out and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
• Deliver assigned projects effectively within budget and schedule with minimal guidance.
• Supervise other Installers and support related duties as required.
