Job summary
Convergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering world-class service. You will install, program, start‑up and train customers on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, typically small to medium in scope.
Ideal candidates have basic construction and electrical aptitude, read blueprints, and can work with various hand and power tools. Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience, with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience: Basic construction with some level of electrical or a low voltage background.
- Preferred Experience: 1-3 years relevant in electronics, electrical, fire/life safety, data-cable or building automation.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, start up and train customers on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects (small to medium).
- May work on larger projects with greater complexity as needed.
- Deliver projects within budget and schedule with guidance as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
