Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks a Sr. Construction Project Manager, Electrical Infrastructure to lead field execution, delivering complex electrical infrastructure from high-voltage substations to data-center power systems and BESS.

You will own schedules and budgets, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with engineers, contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable power delivery for Memphis operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in electrical, industrial, data-center, substation, or energy-storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects with on-time and under-budget results.
• Serve as the overall construction project manager in field and office.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, contractor performance, safety, quality, and coordination across trades.
• Perform project controls including scheduling, cost tracking, change management, and progress reporting.
• Drive city, county, utility, and interconnection approvals and inspections.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, installation sequencing, testing, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
