Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on Electrical Construction Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale electrical installations for our Memphis Data Center. You will oversee contractors, manage on-site crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of mission-critical power systems.

You will work with a team focused on high reliability and 24/7 operation, applying NEC/NFPA 70E standards and coordinating with mechanical and civil trades during commissioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience with underground duct banks, high/medium voltage systems, and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E and safety culture.
• Experience coordinating contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installations for data center infrastructure.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews.
• Ensure compliance with electrical scope, safety standards, and reliability requirements.
• Maintain daily progress logs, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and monitor budget adherence.
• Enforce SpaceXAI safety program across energized equipment and excavations.
• Supervise foremen and crews, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Resolve on-site challenges with emphasis on reliability and code compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and risk updates for senior leadership.
