Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 2+ years in Foreman/Lead Electrician or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, LOTO and electrical safety best practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specs, and BIM layouts.
• Strong planning, crew organization, inspections, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews in safe installation, testing, and turnover of critical systems.
• Plan daily work, assign responsibilities, and monitor production goals.
• Coordinate with trades, quality personnel, and project leadership.
• Ensure materials, tools, permits, and inspections are in place before work begins.
• Maintain zero-defect installation readiness and commissioning readiness.
