Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on a prestigious Mission Critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX. The role centers on safety, quality, and schedule coordination, with a strong emphasis on compliance with NEC/NFPA and site protocols.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years on mission-critical data center projects, plus a Journeyman/Master Electrician license and a proven track record in leading crews on complex electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in mission critical/data center projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required where applicable.
• OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 minimum).
• NFPA 70E certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-recognized electrical apprenticeship completion preferred.
• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience required.
• 2+ years in a foreman/lead role preferred.
• Prior data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects.
• Assign daily work and priorities based on schedule and project needs.
• Enforce productivity, workmanship, and safety expectations across crews.
• Mentor and develop field personnel for proper task execution.
• Read drawings, specs, and schedules; coordinate with superintendents and managers.
• Track daily manpower, production, and material usage; communicate constraints.
• Ensure installations meet drawings and inspection standards; support QA/QC.
