Job summary

Zekelman Industries seeks an experienced Data Center Electrical Project Manager to lead mission-critical electrical construction projects in Texas. You’ll oversee from preconstruction to turnover, coordinating with owners, engineers, vendors, and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You’ll drive safety, QA/QC, and commissioning activities while negotiating changes and managing risks. Travel across Texas is anticipated as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electrical construction experience.
• 7+ years of electrical construction experience and 5+ years in PM leadership.
• Strong understanding of NEC, safety, QA/QC, commissioning, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage execution plans covering scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and turnover.
• Coordinate engineering, BIM/VDC, procurement, field ops, modular fabrication, logistics, commissioning, turnover.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, claims, notices, and contract documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on financials, status, procurement, schedule, quality, safety, and risk.
