Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• Journeyman Electrician (JW) license required.
• Proven experience in a leadership role such as Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation methods, sequencing, and productivity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support electrical foremen, lead electricians, and field crews.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements.
• Mentor foremen and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement.
• Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and site-specific safety plans.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades, general contractors, inspectors, and client representatives.
• Communicate field progress, constraints, and material needs to project managers and superintendents.
