Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations on commercial electrical projects. You’ll lead skilled crews, coordinate with the Project Superintendent, and ensure work is completed on time, safely, and to high quality standards.

Required: 5+ years supervising commercial electrical construction; Journeyman or Master Electrician license; strong NEC knowledge; proficient with field technology and documentation; excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing electrical scopes for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC, local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities and electrical scopes.
• Manage labor, materials, and production to meet schedules.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate electrical crews.
• Enforce safety practices and quality standards.
• Utilize company tablets and smartphones to document and communicate progress.
• Identify and resolve field challenges to exceed customer expectations.
