Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
• Experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete project documentation.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the Project Superintendent and other trades.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily production activities to meet project goals and schedules.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate electrical team members.
• Promote and enforce high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Utilize company-provided technology (tablets, smartphones) to improve communication, documentation, and efficiency.
• Resolve field issues and ensure projects exceed customer expectations.
• Support a positive, collaborative, and productive job site environment.
