Job summary

Joshua Robert is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations on commercial projects and lead skilled crews to success. You will manage electrical scopes, coordinate with project teams, ensure safety and quality, and document progress using tablets and smartphones.

A Journeyman or Master Electrician license and NEC knowledge are essential for this hands-on leadership role in the Blacksburg area.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
Experience managing electrical scopes for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes.
Experience leading, training, and developing electrical teams.
Basic computer skills and ability to complete project documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical scopes in collaboration with the Project Superintendent and other trades.
Manage labor, materials, and production to meet schedules and goals.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate electrical crew members.
Enforce safety practices and quality standards on site.
Use company technology (tablets, smartphones) to document and communicate progress.
Identify and resolve field challenges while meeting customer expectations.
Support a collaborative, professional job site environment.
