You will coordinate with the Project Superintendent, monitor manpower and materials, and mentor team members while upholding safety standards. This role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and collaboration across trades on dynamic job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale, multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes and safety requirements.
• Experience leading, training, and developing field teams.
• Proficiency with digital documentation and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities
