The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience, holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and has strong NEC knowledge. You will lead teams, document progress digitally, and drive safety and performance on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Strong NEC and local code knowledge.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating with other trades.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and manage project execution and manpower.
• Coordinate electrical scopes with Project Superintendent and other trades.
• Monitor materials, schedule, and daily field activities.
• Mentor and motivate electrical team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
• Leverage tablets and smartphones to improve communication and documentation.
