Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Electrical Engineer to design and review models and BOMs for power distribution equipment, including Metal-Clad and Metal-Eclosed Switchgear and Panelboards.

The role requires 10+ years in medium voltage switchgear design, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and strong mentoring and leadership abilities. On-site collaboration with mechanical engineering and project management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical packages for switchgear projects (one-lines, three-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs).
• Review project technicals and release BOMs for purchasing and fabrication.
• Support product development with modeling and DFM and mentor other engineers.
