Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years designing analog building blocks (diff amps, op-amps, LDOs, filters, data converters).
• 5+ years designing digital blocks (logic gates, flip-flops, timers).
• 4+ years with power conversion concepts (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC; linear and switching).
• 5+ years troubleshooting with standard lab equipment.
• 4+ years schematic capture and board layout tools (Altium, PADS).
• 4+ years leading large projects and preparing design reviews.

Aufgaben

• Perform analog and digital design of ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications.
• Carry out circuit tolerance analyses using hand calculations and Spice tools.
• Develop and verify product requirements compliance.
• Generate test plans and test reports (brassboard, V&V, firing property testing).
• Lead and direct test activities across development phases.
• Lead failure investigations using structured tools (8D, Ishikawa, cause-and-effect).
• Prepare material for and lead design reviews in all development stages.
• Act as primary technical interface to customers.
• Provide inputs/labor estimates for RFPS.
• Generate EOs and ECPs.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple projects.
