Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer to own analog and digital design for ruggedized electronics used in ordnance applications. Onsite role with a 4/10 schedule and relocation assistance.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, lead design reviews, and serve as the main technical interface to customers while supporting proposals and testing across the development cycle.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in analog/digital electronics.
• Experience with differential amplifiers, op amps, LDOs, filters.
• Power conversion knowledge (AC/DC, DC/DC, linear and switching).
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• US work authorization, no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications.
• Lead test planning, failure investigations, and QA activities.
• Direct design reviews and project execution.
• Provide technical interface to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare inputs for proposals and ECPs.
