Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Menasha, WI to guide the design of electrical components and subsystems for renewable energy products. You will lead designers and engineers, align tasks to timelines, and mentor team members to achieve project goals.

You will collaborate across disciplines, ensure manufacturability, and support product development through to service and aftermarket needs, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design and leader roles is expected.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD design software and electrical systems.
• Experience with energy industry components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the engineering team.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities for the team.
• Develops design scope and timelines for disciplines within projects.
• Ensures project requirements and timelines are met.
• Researches and updates engineering design standards.
