Qualifications

• Hands-on experience reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming, including PID control loops.
• Strong electrical calculations for power and control system designs.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD Electrical for production drawings and design development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end electrical engineering designs for complex industrial and commercial power distribution projects.
• Direct design reviews, technical drawing creation, and system documentation for quality.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and PID loops; train team on advanced practices.
• Partner with leadership and clients to define design goals and system requirements.
• Develop P&ID drawings, control schematics, and BOMs in AutoCAD Electrical and Epicor.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and technical problem-solving across electrical designs.
• Mentor junior engineers, drafters, and designers to optimize workflows and skills.
